Improv & Performance led by Lotte Arnsbjerg is a workshop suitable for anyone who wants to try and explore something new in a fun and supportive environment.
This workshop provides you with the ultimate tools for personal development, and the ability to make an impact on any kind of stage- whether in the arts, business, or your private life.
We are welcoming everyone and no prior experience is needed. From acting students and aspirants, performers, corporate professionals, lecturers, to those who seek creative ways, new experiences, and more to life. Everyone can participate, and there are no prerequisites other than the desire to let go of control, and the fear of not being enough as you are.
This workshop will meet you exactly where you are right now, with true care and a professional approach. It will get you out of your comfort zone and will teach you how to show your self with strong authenticity and true personal power.
This Improv & Performance workshop is all about letting go of the factors and social norms that keep us down in everyday life. Actor or not. There is no one here who laughs at you, only with you! Life is a game - live it and play it.

What to expect from this workshop is described best in the testimonials from past participants:
"Lotte Arnsbjerg provides creativity, courage, fun, coziness, personal development, fantastic methods for pushing one's personal boundaries, and provides a strength to let go." Jonathan Toudahl, Acting Student
"Lotte Arnsbjerg is great for challenging and exploring yourself. If you want to learn to be more courageous, if you'd like to experience theatre, or to be on stage, and at the same time have fun, then this is a fantastic educational and safe playground!" Louise Lund Gade, Psychomotor Therapist and Artist
"Lotte is the perfect coach who sees every single participant, and safely and lovingly she takes one by the hand while walking new paths. The improv group has also meant new friendships, and meeting new people that I am deeply grateful to have met on my way." Anja Nielsen, Communications Consultant and Actress
"One is thrown into pure presence and learns to convey impulses and inner feelings on stage. It shows that there is something exciting to express on a stage, no matter where and who it comes from - it lies latent in us and should just be allowed to emerge." Maria Styrbæk, Design Student
