Springtime is here and soon summer and the sun's warm light will bring us outdoors in our gardens to enjoy a cold lemonade. So what better way to celebrate warmer days then with a beautiful watercolor painting that you have created to brighten up your walls?
This workshop aims to teach you watercolor techniques so that, step by step, you will learn how to create a semi-realistic branch of lemons. The class will give you a nice understanding of how to work with watercolors so that you're even able to go out and create other nice fruits and vegetables afterward!
I'll guide you through the whole process from sketching, to what base layers are, and how to add layers to create this realistic effect. Watercolors don't have to be difficult to learn, which is why this class will be suitable for everyone, no matter if you're a beginner or intermediate.
In this workshop you'll learn:
-The basics of sketching and training your eye to capture a picture/an object onto paper
- Watercolors foundations, and techniques
- How to finish the painting with finer details
- 2.5 hour painting class
- Step by step guidance
- All art materials needed for the class, including: quality watercolor paints, paper, brushes, pencil, and eraser
- Your beautiful painting to take home
- A little snack (this varies from nuts to fruit, etc.)
Watercolor materials are provided, but if you have your own palette, paper, or brushes you prefer working with, you're also welcome to bring those.
This workshop will be conducted in English & Danish (in accordance with the language spoken by the guests).
I'm looking forward to meeting you!
